Packaging Orders are carefully packaged based on the size of your items. Smaller items are shipped in brown pouches, while larger items are packed in the smallest appropriately sized box to ensure a secure fit.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and our shipping costs. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the USPS service used. Please refer to USPS for estimated delivery windows once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging your order, but once it has been handed off to USPS, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, we encourage you to contact USPS directly to file a claim.
